PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-receiving plate of a rock anchor, a ground anchor, etc., composed of ultra-high strength concrete cured body and capable of remarkably reducing breaking frequency and remarkably reducing the size and weight regardless of the same performance as that of a conventional pressure-receiving plate. SOLUTION: This pressure-receiving plate is characterized by comprising a cured body of a compound containing at least cement, pozzolanic fine powder, aggregate having <=2 mm particle diameter, water and a water-reducing agent. The compound contains a metallic fiber or an organic fiber and the metallic fiber has 0.01-1.0 mm diameter and 2-30 mm diameter and the organic fiber has 0.005-1.0 mm diameter and 2-30 mm length and is selected from fibers such as vinylon and polypropylene.
