SOLUTION: In a treated water chamber 22c of the membrane filter device 22, a jet backward wash water nozzle 130 is arranged and high-pressure water is supplied from a high-pressure water supply device 42. A filter medium 22a is washed from the inside using backward washing water. In addition, the jet backward washing water nozzle 130 is rotatable and ascendable/descendable, so that the filter medium 22a is sequentially washed partially.
