PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition and a polycarbonate resin composition for pants of medical equipment which have reduced deterioration of properties and extremely reduced yellowing upon ionizing radiation sterilization. SOLUTION: The ionizing radiation stabilized polycarbonate resin composition and the polycarbonate resin composition for parts of medical equipment comprise 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin, 0.001-20 pts.wt. specific acetal compound, and 0.001-5 pts.wt. polyalkylene glycol, ether or ester derivative of the polyalkylene glycol.
