<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for a laser beam welding, with which the adhesion of sputter to a condenser lens or a protective glass is effectively prevented by largely changing the track of the sputter coming from a working zone, a gas consumption is decrease, and a welding cost is remarkably decreased. SOLUTION: A gas swirling tank 4 having a substantially cylindrical form whose center is set off the center line of the laser beam L is provided between the condenser lens and the working zone. A blowout port 6a for shield gas is formed at a position set off the center of the gas swirling tank 4, a swirl is generated in the shield gas which crosses the laser beam L in the gas swirling tank 4, a returning port 8a of the gas is formed on the gas swirling tank 4, and the returning port 8a and the blowout port 6a are connected by a gas circulation path 10 in which a compressor wheel 12a is provided.</p> |
