PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic, especially a makeup cosmetic, having stronger brilliant feeling, and capable of manifesting a strong three-dimensional effect. SOLUTION: This brilliant cosmetic contains 0.1-20 wt.% flaky glass flake particles having flat metal surfaces, having 10-500μm median diameters based on the whole amount of the cosmetic.
