PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleansing agent and a packing agent using rice bran without worrying about environmental pollution as a raw material, not leaving smell, not causing eruption, allowable to store for long term and soft to the skin, and moreover a new anti-irritant easing irritation to the human body and a new deodorant. SOLUTION: The cleansing agent, the packing agent, the anti-irritant and the deodorant in the invention each contain, as an active component, a processed product of rice bran comprising neutralizing a fermentation product obtained by fermentation of pulverized rice bran using lactic bacteria. In response to usage, soy bean powders, coffee bean powders, eggs, olive oils, swertia herbs or the like are appropriately formulated.
