PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening forming section, on which an opening for visualizing the quantity reduction of a powder agent or a liquid agent in a container in use is provided, formed on a side wall facing at least one side face out of the side faces of the container stored in the powder agent or liquid agent containing case. SOLUTION: The reduction of quantity or the remaining quantity of the power agent or the liquid agent in the container can be found even when the container is used in the state of being stored in the container case. The container case as a packaging material can be functioned as a container protecting member, and the container itself is not so required as to be of high mechanical strength to make the container inexpensive.
