PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed item on which there is formed an anti-fouling treated layer showing excellent persistence and durability by effectively using an excellently hydrophilic oil-repellent fluorine compound and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An anti-fouling formed item comprises a photo-curable primer layer laminated on a surface of a formed base material and a hydrophilic oil- repellent fluorine compound layer laminated on the photo-curable primer layer, wherein the photo-curable primer layer is cured and the fluorine compound layer is bonded to the photo-curable layer to the extent that the hydrophilicity and oil-repellency of the fluorine compound are not damaged.
