PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tearing notches having good tearing properties to both cut edge parts of a film. SOLUTION: A cutting-off edge 30 consisting of a pair of parallel edges 2 and saw-toothed edges 28 is formed to a cutting knife 10 and a cylindrical film is linearly cut off by the cutting-off edge 30. Notching cutting blades 34 same in shape are provided to the upper and rear surfaces of the regions, where the parallel edges 26 are formed, of a blade part 22 at every one place. Each of the notching cutting blades 34 is constituted of a V-shaped edge 36 consisting of two notching edges 36a, 36a crossing each other in a V-shape and the slitting edge 40 extending from the crossing point 38 of both notching edges 36a, 36a. V-shaped tearing notches are applied to the cut edge part of the film by the V-shaped edges 36 and slits extending from the crossing point of two inclined sides in the tearing notches of the slitting edges 40 are applied to the film. |
