PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion pad which has such high damping properties as to lower the vibration transmission rate at about 6 Hz to a level equal to or lower than that obtained conventionally while lowering the resonance magnification at 2-4 Hz. SOLUTION: This seat cushion pad comprises a molded polyurethane foam obtained by pouring polyurethane raw materials into a metal mold provided the pad has an air permeability of 0.05-1.5 cfm and has a core layer having a hysteresis loss of 17% or lower. Preferably, the air permeability is 0.1-1.5 cfm and the hysteresis loss of the core layer is 15% or lower.
