PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article display stands which enables its internal space to be utilized effectively by making a box capable of opening its top and installing shelf plates inside. SOLUTION: In this article display stand created by forming a box 6 having a top opening with front and back face boards 15 and right and left side boards 17 and by blocking the opening with a top plate 12, the top plate is made removable, the right and left side boards 21 comprise outer decorative boards 16, frame boards 17 which are fixed to the peripheral fringes on the internal surfaces of the boards 16 and horizontal support plates 18 which are fitted between the horizontally confronting members of the frame boards 17, and the right and left ends of shelf boards 19 which are introduced through the opening are supported by top surfaces of the plates 18 on both sides.
