PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and the cost especially in a tenant building construc tion by providing a rising metal material for a fire protection compartment by which the wiring and piping works, which penetrate a rise for a fire protec tion compartment in a double floor, can be easily performed afterward. SOLUTION: This rising metal material 1 for a fire protection compartment comprises an opening member 2, a lower parting material 3, an upper parting material 4 and a closing plate 5. In this case, by sliding and fixing the closing plate 5 with a machine screw, the opening section 2a of the opening member 2 can be formed by a required area.
