Plastic drinking straw as construction material using concertina section for bending and holes in walls and narrowed end for interlocking

A plastic drinking straw has a concertina section (1) enabling it to bend in any direction. Oval holes (2), possibly pre-perforated, enable a second straw to be inserted. Reduction of the diameter of one end (3) enables this to be inserted in the end of another straw.
