PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the vibration direction of the front end of a capillary mounted at an ultrasonic horn for bonding near to the axial direction of the ultrasonic horn. SOLUTION: The front end of the ultrasonic horn is formed to a rectangular parallelepiped and the width on the side where the front end of a capillary tightening bolt comes is made greater than the width the side where the head of the bolt exists relating to the split right and left widths, by which the total moment from the left side at the front end with respect to the capillary tightening central point (intersection point of the Y axis and Z axis) is made the same as the value of the total moment from the right side. |
