PURPOSE:To rationalize discrimination of an accident by transmitting various kinds of information from a slave station, which has a section switch and controls a distribution area, to a master station, which is equipped with a substation bus for distribution, a breaker, and an accident diagnosis device, so as to analyze and diagnose data in the master station. CONSTITUTION:An accident diagnosis device not shown in the figure is provided in a main substation SS1, which has a breaker CB1 and a master station RO, and section switches S1-S5 are connected through distribution lines L1-L6. Also, for an auxiliary substation SS2, distribution lines L11-L14 and section switches S11-S13 are connected to a breaker CB2, and those are connected to the distribution line L4 through a normal- open switch S10. A slave station Ri, which corresponds to each switch Si, is connected to the master station RO by a communication line. Each slave station Ri sends out information on the quantity of electricity such as voltages of each phase of three phases and sero phase, currents, phase angle, etc., and sends out operating conditions of a switch and a relay, and others, to the master station RO. The accident diagnosis device of the master station RO analyzes and operates the wave shapes of input data. Hereby, direct judgement of an accident, fuzzy expression, and reasoning by a production rule can be done efficiently. |
