PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel compound for an acyl phoshine oxide photoinitiation agent. SOLUTION: This novel compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein Ar is a substituted phenyl in formula (I); cyclopentyl, naphthyl, biphenylyl, anthracyl, and the like; R1 and R2 are each a 1-20C alkyl, OR11, CF3 or a halogen; R3-R5 are each H, a 1-20C alkyl, OR11 or a halogen; two of R1, R2, R3, R4 and/or R5 form together a 1-20C alkylene or the like; CF3; R6-R10 are each H, a 1-20C alkyl, a 2-20C alkenyl; R6-R10 are OR11, phenyl, a halogen; R11 is H, a 1-20C alkyl, phenyl, benzyl or a 2-20C alkenyl, or the like; R14 is H, phenyl, a 1-12C alkyl, or the like; M is H, Li, Na or K). |
