Turf cutting machine integrated with tractor, cuts strips from ground and rolls them up for use elsewhere

The turf cutting machine (2) is attached to, and driven by a tractor (1). It has side blades (6, 7) and an under blade (8) which cut and lift the edge of the strip of turf (9) from the field surface (21). The leading edge is carried up an inclined conveyor (12) to a unit (13, 14) which rolls the strip into a spiral roll. Another cross blade (11) cuts the end of the strip.
