PURPOSE: An equipment for removing dioxin and odor discharged from an ingot production line using the fusion of waste electric wire is provided, which can regenerate waste electric wire by one hundred percent at a furnace and remove harmful gas and dust through a gas combustion chamber, a chemical collecting chamber and a cyclone type dust collector. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a furnace (1) for melting waste electric wire; (ii) a double heating box (100) that is inserted into the furnace (1); (iii) an exhaust gas combustion chamber (10) for pyrolysis of harmful constituents contained in flue gas; (iv) a gas collecting chamber (20) for collecting residue harmful substances contained in the exit gas of the combustion chamber (10) by spraying ammonia solution and by passing through an activated carbon layer (22); and (v) a dust collector (30) of a cyclone type for finally collecting dust.
