METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING WIRELESS DATA IN IS-95B SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting wireless data in an IS-95B system is provided to improve a data transmission speed by a unit time by converting FR(Frame Relay) frame data into an ISLP(Inter System Link Protocol) frame and composing an LSLP frame with the maximum size through a recombination procedure with the next FR frame to the LSLP frame with the maximum size when LSLP frame with the maximum size is not composed. CONSTITUTION: An IWF(Inter Working Function) MPLA-F(Multi Protocol and Line Interface board Assembly-Frame relay) judges whether the number of entire byte of a current FR frame data is larger than the number of byte set for composing the maximum ISLP frame(S105). If the number of entire byte of the current FR frame data is smaller than the number of byte set for composing the maximum ISLP frame, the IWF MPLA-F judges whether an other FR frame data is successively received from an IWF(S106). If the other FR frame data are successively received from the IWF, the IWF MPLA-F grasps the number of entire bytes of the other FR frame data and butters the other FR frame data(S107). The IWF MPLA-F adds current received FR frame data to a previously residual FR frame data to generate ISLP frame data with the maximum size and transmits the generated ISLP frame data to a base station controller(S108).
