PURPOSE: A telebanking method based upon a user is provided to offer a service suitable for characteristic and necessity of the user by providing only service needed in the user when using an ARS service. CONSTITUTION: If a my menu is started(44), a voice guide is provided to a user through a telephone for guiding an input of a password. If the user inputs the password, an ARS device confirms the user based on a user password read from a database(45) and reads register information of the user(54). Since the ARS system grasps personal information of the user and user register information previously, the ARS device guides a register service as voice information(46). The user selects one among the register services, and the corresponding service is performed(47).
