PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing form for a drainpipe is provided to obtain a form with an increased thickness, while simplifying manufacturing procedures. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes: curved pipes(19,19') assembled to a die(24) and auxiliary dice(25,26) of an extruding machine; and a roller(22) of a molder(34). A tube(A) is wound in a spiral manner to form an inner surface(31), and a tube(B) is bent by a knife of a bending gear(17) at a cut-out portion between knives, thus forming a cut-out portion(35) and a waveform support(32), and a fusion point(33) at an assembled portion(36). A tube(C) is wound in a spiral manner and bent by the bending gear at the cut-output portion between knives, thus forming a cut-output portion(37) and a waveform support(39), and the fusion point at the assembled portion. Another tube is arranged to integrally contact the outer surface of the assembled portion.
