PURPOSE: A method for processing TMN(telecommunication management network) agent data using a multi process mixture is provided to reduce a generation of loads of a TMN and to enhance an event processing velocity by newly allocating a thread dynamically and processing an event besides a pre-fixed thread creation. CONSTITUTION: If a requesting signal for an event process with respect to an alarm/trouble/status, statistics and a shape from a base station or a control station is transmitted, a TMN agent decides whether an event process requesting signal is inputted from the base station or a control station(S100). If the requesting signal is inputted, the TMN agent decides whether the inputted signal is a synchronous transfer mode or an asynchronous transfer mode in accordance with a level of the inputted level(S200). If the inputted signal is a synchronous transfer mode, the TMN agent performs the corresponding process in accordance with the event process requesting signal(S300). If the inputted signal is an asynchronous transfer mode, the TMN agent judges whether a pre-fixed event process requesting signal is inputted(S400). If a pre-fixed event process requesting signal is inputted, the TMN agent creates a pre-fixed many threads in each event process requesting signal(S500), and the corresponding process in accordance with the creation of the threads is performed according to schedule(S600).
