PURPOSE: A graduation album using the Internet is provided to prevent personal information from being leaked by up-loading a currently used book shaped graduation album on the Internet and making a modification and deletion of an address and a telephone possible. CONSTITUTION: An administrative location at the time of graduation is inputted and 4-digit of a graduation year is inputted. In addition, a school grade, the corresponding school, the corresponding department are inputted successively. If a changing icon located on the right lower portion of a window showing a name, a telephone number, and a changing date is clicked, a dialogue window is displayed. If 13-digit of a resident registration number of a graduate is inputted and a confirming icon is pressed, a personal window is displayed. Thus, the user may modify personal information as one's address and a telephone number easily and may delete the personal information for preventing personal information from being flown out.
