PURPOSE: A composition of monitor case is provided to generate anions and impart a beneficial effect to human body by comprising desired amount of rare-earth metal oxides forming anions from oxygen and moisture in atmospheric air during the production of monitor cover. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 0.1-10wt.% of rare-earth metal oxides added to the synthetic molding material. The composition forms the monitor cover(1) used for computer or TV by means of injection molding process. The rare-earth metal oxides can be added in the synthetic molding material and/or applied to outer surface of the monitor cover(1) as a coating material or paint. The rare-earth metal oxide paint can be usually used to express a variety of colors over the outer surface of product by painting it. The rare-earth metal oxide components contained in the applied paint can generate anions from atmospheric air when it contacts to light.
