PURPOSE: To break an information recording tag in the case of attempting to peel off the information recording tag from a prescribed body to be adhered after pasting the information recording tag on the body to be adhered once in order to prevent the information recording tag from being illegally used regarding the information recording tag pasted on the body to be adhered to be used. CONSTITUTION: This information recording tag 10A consists of an IC module where a resonance circuit consisting of a film capacitor 5 and an antenna coil 2, and an IC ship 3 is mounted on a substrate 1 and an adhesive 17 provided on the IC module for pasting the IC module on the body S to be adhered, the adhesive 17 is adhered to the film-shaped electrode 7b of the capacitor 5, and the adhesive strength between the adhesive 17 and the body S is larger than the adhesive strength between the insulation film 6 of the capacitor 5 and the film-shaped electrodes 7a and 7b.
