PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor capable of reducing oscillation and noise, improving reliability by reducing a deviance of a permanent magnet from a rotating shaft, and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This motor rotor is composed of a permanent magnet 4 having a protrusion 4a protruding inwardly to a cylindrical inner periphery, a rotor core 2 which is fitted onto the rotating shaft 3 provided on its central portion and has a detent 3a on an outer periphery, a fit groove 5b disposed in an air gap between the rotor core 2 and the permanent magnet 4, and fit to an insert hole 5a and the detent 3a to the central portion, a fitting groove 5c fitted onto the protrusion 4a to the outer periphery, a buffering member 5 having a flange 5z brought into contact with one end of the protrusion 4a of the permanent magnet 4 on its one end, and a stopper 5d protruding inwardly on the other end between the fitting hole 5c in the outer periphery and the inserting hole 5a in the central portion, and a pair of end plates 6 disposed on the outer end surface of the buffer 5, wherein the protrusion 4a of the permanent magnet 4 is clamped between the flange 5z and the stopper 5d of the buffering member 5, and the end places 6 are inputted and fixed on the rotating shaft 3 from both ends.
