PURPOSE: A supporting rope control implement for working at a high place is provided to reduce the weight of the implement to half of that of an existing control implement by constructing parts to which a large amount of tension is not applied with an aluminum plate having a low tensile strength and parts to which a considerable tension is applied with an aluminum plate having a high tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: The supporting rope control implement for working at a high place comprises a control implement body (1) and an opening or closing plate (5) which is opened or closed by a guiding pipe (3) and a hinge part (2), wherein the control implement body (1) and the opening or closing plate (5) are constructed of an aluminum plate having a relatively low tensile strength such as Al 6061 or Al 5052 having a tensile strength of less than 1000 kg; and a supporting ring (10) and outer and inner side saw blade plates (8,9) are constructed of an aluminum plate having a relatively high tensile strength such as Al 7075 having a tensile strength of 1500 kg or more, thereby minimizing the weight and volume of the control implement.
