PURPOSE: A steering wheel attaching device having a voice switch combined with a video cellular phone and a hands-free is provided to use a monitor and a keypad in a nearest distance during the driving of a car and also use a microphone and an earphone of the hands-free. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel device connects an end switch for transmitting an end signal to a video cellular phone(1) instead of an end switch and a voice switch having a microphone(25), an amplifier, a filter, and a switch circuit for transmitting a transmission signal when a cover switch is closed with an interrupt generator. The voice switch operates the interrupt generator. The switch device also operates the interrupt generator.
