PURPOSE: An investment money repayment system and record media is provided to repay an investment money according to a compensation rate in the case that a company, which a user invests in, goes bankrupt so that it can reduce an investment risk. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a member subscription module, a data input module, a plurality of company computers(30), a browser, an investment data transmission module, a plurality of investor computers(50), a database, a determination module, and a repayment module(45). The input module enables a company to input and transmit a business plan. The browser enables an investor to receive and browse the business plan on the investor computers(50). The investor computers(50) enable the investors to entrust stock data corresponding to a set rate of investment money. The database communicates with the company computers(30) and the investor computers(50) over the Internet, stores the business plan data, and enables the investors to search the business plan. The determination module checks if the company gets listed in a stock exchange market or goes bankrupt. The repayment module(45) repays a money according to a set rate.
