PURPOSE: An electronic banking transaction service method and system is provided to manage an integrated bank account over the Internet, to securely approve a payment by a real time by using an electronic slip connected to a mobile communication system, and to enable a company to check a cash flow by a real time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user purchasing a commodity at an Internet shopping mall(160), the user selecting a payment via an integrated account transaction web server and then accessing the web server(161,162), the web server displaying an electronic slip on a monitor(163), the user inputting an ID and a password and passing a certification process(164), the user selecting an electronic commerce payment from a menu(166,167), the user transmitting the electronic to an electronic slip management server(168), the electronic slip management server generating and storing a slip number at a user management server(169,170), the slip management server transmitting the slip data and a user communication system number to a communication server and then to a carrier(171,172), the carrier transmitting the slip to the user(173), the user inputting the slip number to the integrated account web server(174), the web server checking the input number and displaying account data(175-178), the user selecting an account and inputting a payment money(179,180), the web server receiving a code of the shopping mall, storing the payment money at a temporary account management server and transmitting the result to the shopping mall(181,182) and a bank transferring the payment money from the temporary account to a corresponding account.
