PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent the apparent forgery of an IC card and to prevent the rise of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An IC card 1 is composed of a film-like circuit board 2 on which an IC chip 8 is mounted and a film-like cover member 3 bonded to the mounting side of the circuit board 2. At least, a part of the circuit board 2 or the cover member 3 is constituted to be almost transparent and the inner structure of the IC card 1 is constituted so that it can be viewed. Since the inner structure of the IC card cannot easily be forged with such constitution, the apparent forgery of the IC card can almost securely be prevented. |
