SOLUTION: This recording medium identifying device is provided with a recording information storage part 15 for storing inputted reservation program information, a tape No. issuing part 16, a tape No. signal generation part 17, the control part of the write and read of tape No. signals to/from a magnetic tape and a control part 14 for controlling the respective parts. The inputted reservation program information is compared with information stored in the recording information storage part. At the time of matching with existing recording program information, the tape No. is displayed on a screen. At the time of not matching, the tape No. issuing part is controlled to generate a new tape No., it is displayed on the screen and a tape No. label is printed.</p> |
