PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system for performing connection to a data network such as the Internet, the perusal or the like of the outline of information and the instruction of data to be downloaded in small-sized communication equipment and performing the perusal of more detailed data and the preservation of downloaded data in information equipment. SOLUTION: A user connects a data communication network by the communication equipment 101. The title of contents on the communication network and the outline of the information are displayed on the display screen 102 of the communication equipment, the user confirms the presence/absence of required data, and in the case of finding the required data, the user instructs the downloading of the data in an operation means 103 and the downloading of the data to the information equipment is started. On the other hand, in the case that the required data can not be found, the confirmation of the presence/ absence of the required data is continued or the data communication network is disconnected.
