PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem caused by the fact that the number of unit power amplifiers cannot be set to an arbitrary value in a conventional power synthesizer using a 3dB coupler and that a frequency band becomes remarkably narrow as the number of syntheses becomes large in a conventional power synthesizer using a Wilkinson-type power synthesizer. SOLUTION: Plural power distributors 11 and 12 which are cascade-connected, plural unit power amplifiers 21, 22 and 23 and plural power synthesizers 31 and 32 which are cascade-connected are installed. The plural power distributors 11 and 12 are constituted of directional couplers different in single body connection degrees. The plural power synthesizers 31 and 32 are constituted of directional couplers different in the single body connection degrees. Input power 9 is successively branched by the plural power distributors 11 and 12 and branch powers 51 and 52 are outputted. Branch powers 51 and 52 are successively amplified by the plural unit power amplifiers 21, 22 and 23 and unit powers 61, 62 and 63 are outputted. The unit powers 61, 62 and 63 are successively synthesized by the plural power synthesizers 31 and 32.
