PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar magnetic element having a superior high-frequency characteristic and DC superposing characteristic. SOLUTION: The frequency characteristic in a high-frequency region, and DC superposing characteristic of this planer magnetic element which is constituted by sandwiching a spiral planar coil 3 and insulating films 2 between upper and lower thin magnetic films 1 and 4, are improved by scattering magnetic power 6 in an insulating film 7 between coil wires and interlayer insulating films 8.
