PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable wireless telephone in which one of different plugs is plugged into one plug. SOLUTION: The portable wireless telephone is provided with a voice processing section 106, that outputs a decoded voice signal from 1st and 2nd signal terminals T1, T2, encodes a voice signal received from a 3rd signal terminal T3, outputs voice data and a microphone bias signal from a 4-th signal terminal T4, with a jack 109 having a 1st terminal J2, a 2nd terminal J3 connected to a voice output section, and 3rd and the 4-th terminals J4, J5 connected to a voice input section, with an attached circuit 106A that brings a part between the 1st signal terminal and the 1st terminal and a part among the 2nd, 3rd, and 4-th signal terminals and the 4-th terminal into a state where the analog voice signal and the microphone bias signal can be transmitted, and with a control circuit section 103, that controls the 1st-4th signal terminals into an interrupt state or a connecting state.
