PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sound level with vibration of a ring of stator in the particularly higher frequency which is generated because a stator core and a winding vibrate almost under the integrated condition in a stator of the brushless motor or the like of the centralized winding. SOLUTION: A gap is provided for an insulator at least in one side of the end surface in the axial direction of a stator core 11 under the wound condition.
