PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call pickup reply controller, that can reject a call pickup reply due to the intention of an incoming call connection destination. SOLUTION: A PBX 10 of an incoming call destination stores call pickup reply propriety information by each incoming call class to an MEM 13 in advance. Upon the receipt of an incoming call, a CPU 12 of the PBX 10 reads the call pickup reply propriety information from the MEM 13, checks whether the incoming call is a call suitable for a call pickup reply and restricts the call pickup reply, when the check results indicate a disabled reply.
