PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniatualized transistor package and a battery protection circuit board mounting the transistor package. SOLUTION: This transfer package 40 is made by sealing a field effect type transistor element 30 and a fuse part 32, which is placed outside either a drain electrode D or a source electrode S. The fuse part 32 is molted, when flowed current exceeds its set value or when the temperature of the field effect type transistor element 30 exceeds its set value to intercept the transistor circuit. The fuse part 32 is sealed to the transistor package 40, which is implemented into a protection circuit board for battery 6 and contained in a case, together with a flat battery B1 to form a battery pack.
