PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mixed magnet having an antibacterial effect which can dissolve and detoxicate harmful chemical substances by permitting the photocatalysis of a titanium oxide to an ultraviolet light as well as in a visible light area when it is daily used indoor and outdoor. SOLUTION: A titanium oxide that an oxygen and a titanium are combined in a gradient structure is mixed with a thermoplastic resin, a biodegradable plastics, and a magnetic powder, and it is heated for softening and molded by various molding machines, and then it is magnetized so as to form a resin mixed magnet.
