PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-radiating structure that reduces temperature distribution at the edge of PDP glass, in order to prevent destruction of the PDP due to thermal stress. SOLUTION: Chassis member 2, that supports PDP 1 at nearly the whole surface and a heat radiating plate 5 disposed at an inner wall on the back of a cabinet are thermally connected via a wall 8 formed at vertical edges of the chassis member 2. This is constituted, such that heat generated at the PDP 1 is conducted to the chassis member 2 and heat radiation plate 5, to enable both surfaces of the heat radiation plate 5 to profit heat radiation, and constructed, to diffuse heat at edges of the chassis with the wall 8 formed at edges of the chassis member 2.
