A handling arrangement (1) for goods units, which comprises a goods unit stock area and a goods unit loading area directly adjacent each other, and a robot system, which comprises a goods unit picking robot (4) movable in the stock area and a transfer pile rows moving system (5) for moving transfer pile rows formed by the picking robot. The working area of the goods unit picking robot (4) is arranged to reach to the stock area and the working area of the transfer pile row moving system (5) is arranged to reach both to the goods unit stock area (2) and to the loading area (3).
