Isolated leptospira membrane kinase, membrane permease, membrane mannosyltransferase and endoflagellin proteins for preventing leptospirosis

A method of preparing vaccines and/or diagnostic screenings thereof comprising four antigenic preparations for Leptospirosis. The antigenic preparations are selected from the group consisting of kinase, permease, mannosyltransferase and endoflagellin. Also provided are polynucleotides encoding these four proteins and antibodies which binds to the Leptospirosis membrane protein or an immunogenic fragment thereof for use in the diagnosis of Leptospirosis.
