PURPOSE: A safety wall switch for power saving is provided to prevent an outer current flow by cutting off a grounding line and an active line at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A grounding line(1) and an active line(2) use copper plates in connection parts, and use plastic parts in cutoff parts. The first process cuts off both the grounding line(1) and the active line(2) at the same time to prevent an unnecessary current flow. The second process flows the current into the grounding line(1) and the active line(2) at the same time in case of switch on.
