PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily adjust a schedule by easily inputting data regarding care operation. SOLUTION: On a WWW client terminal 3, an input field for a care operation schedule of care operation management data is displayed and the care operation schedule is inputted to the input field and transmitted to a care operation management server 1; and the care operation schedule is listed and displayed on a portable telephone terminal 2a connected to the care operation server 1, an input field for the care operation result of the care operation management data is displayed, and the care operation result is inputted to the input field with input keys that the portable telephone terminal 2a is equipped with. Then data showing the inputted care operation result are sent to the care operation management server 1, data obtained by processing the transmitted care operation result are displayed, and electronic mail is sent from the WWW client terminal 3 to a portable telephone terminal 2a registered on the care operation management server 1. |
