<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order sheet generator, an ordering system, an order sheet generation method, and a recording medium which facilitate generation of an order sheet in a form of sale and distribution of a commodity, having plural article number systems. SOLUTION: An order sheet generator 1, which generates an order sheet at selecting and purchasing of commodity from plural selling agencies, is provided with a commodity information database 44, where commodity information including article numbers used in selling sources, article names, and selling unit price information is stored, a display means 9 which displays a prescribed order sheet generation picture, a trade money amount calculation means 2, which reads selling unit price information ((fixed price)×(dealer overcharge rate)) of the pertinent commodity from the commodity information database 44 to calculate the amount of money of trade, on the basis of input of at least the article number and the quantity to prescribed areas of the displayed order sheet generation screen, a generation means 2 which generates the order sheet in a prescribed form on the basis of order information including commodity information, the quantity, and the amount of money of trade of the commodity, of which the amount of money of trade has been calculated, and an output means which outputs the generated order sheet.</p> |
