PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a flying object to a part where a living room in a target is excluded from the picture of the target grasped as a video. SOLUTION: An image pickup means which picks up an image including a target, a means 42 extracting the image of a target part from the image obtained from the image pickup means, a means 42 obtaining vertical/lateral length information on the target from the image of the extracted target, a posture detection means 43a detecting the posture of the target from length information (by learning the aspect ratio of the extracted image), offset processing means 43b and 43c detecting the edge part from the extracted image of the target and deciding a target point in a position obtained by moving it by necessary offset quantity corresponding to posture information obtained by the posture detection means from the pertinent edge and a control means performing control guidance toward the target point obtained by the offset processing means are installed. |
