PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electrolyte membrane on a fuel electrode by a simple method and in addition form an interface between a superior fuel electrode and the electrolyte membrane. SOLUTION: The electrolyte is coated on the fuel electrode by using a screen- printing method. Further, characteristics of a binder of the electrolyte and the fuel electrode are appropriately arranged. By coating the electrolyte by the screen-printing method, the electrolyte can be coated simply and certainly, and besides, it becomes unnecessary to calcine the fuel electrode. In addition, by setting up a binder appropriately, the interface between the fuel electrode and the electrolyte can be made in a good state. |
