PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components in capacitors and diodes and also to suppress deterioration of power factor of commercial AC power. SOLUTION: Commercial AC power 1 is rectified by a rectifying circuit 2. At the output side of the rectifying circuit 2, there are a capacitor 4, an inverter circuit 5, and a magnetron 14 which produces microwave driven by the inverter circuit 5. Furthermore, a storage battery 17 charged by Commercial AC power 1, is set up, and a booster circuit 27 to raise the output power of the storage battery 17 is also set up. The booster circuit 27 is composed of a coil 28, an IGBT 29 and a diode 30, to set the switching frequency of IGBT 29 more than a prescribed value, and connect an output terminal of the booster circuit 27 to an input side of the inverter circuit 5. |
