<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the arrangement of a phased array antenna or the like is made increasingly difficult in accordance with the increment of frequency in the case of constituting a module as a pair with an antenna element when the arrangement of the antenna is restricted at the frequency to be used in a microwave module where a casing is constituted of multilayer dielectric and having a microwave circuit and its control circuit in the casing. SOLUTION: A distribution circuit is formed in the multilayer dielectric constituting the microwave module so that a plurality of microwave modules can be disposed for a single input signal and the antenna is directly attached to a lid to reduce the number of connections. Consequently the microwave module can be miniaturized.</p> |
